This page summarizes how the Solstice Suite apps and solsticesuiteapps.com handle information. It is a summary only: each app has its own privacy policy, linked at the end, and that policy is the one that applies to that app. The apps are operated by Timothy Hess ("we").

The website you are on

solsticesuiteapps.com is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no advertising. Our web host processes standard request logs to serve the pages.

Our apps on your iPhone

Every feature works without an account. Each app keeps its own records on your iPhone, and health readings, photos and the app content you create are not uploaded to us unless an app's own policy says otherwise and you choose it. Apps that read Apple Health read only what they need and say so on their own support and privacy pages.

Our apps on your iPhone

To avoid promoting apps you already have, the app checks whether our other apps are installed on your iPhone. It can only check for our own apps, and the result stays on your device. If you buy an ad-free subscription, the app saves its end date in a place only our apps can read, so our other apps on the same iPhone can turn ads off too.

Optional shared account

You can use every feature without an account. If you choose to sign up (with email or Sign in with Apple, 18 or older only), one account works in all of our apps. It stores your email or Apple sign-in identifier and the name Apple shares if you allow it, which of our apps you have signed in to, your marketing and beta choices in each app with the time you made them, and an optional backup of each app's settings and records. Health readings and photos are never included. If you have an ad-free subscription, we also store its end date and Apple's transaction identifier (checked against Apple's signature) so ad-free follows your account. Service providers

We use a small number of providers only to run the apps and this site, and they may not use your information for their own purposes.

Apple — the App Store, in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple.
RevenueCat — processing the optional supporter subscription and restoring purchases. It does not receive your app content.
Sentry — crash and performance diagnostics (crash logs and performance traces). It does not receive your account, email or app content.
Resend — sending the sign-in code email when you choose to sign in with email. It receives the email address you type and the message.
Cloudflare — hosting this website and its DNS. It processes standard request logs.

Advertising

Any ads in a free app promote other apps by the same developer. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-app advertising, and do not use Apple's advertising identifier to track you.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and accounts are for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices and rights

You can use every app without an account, turn off notifications and permissions in iPhone Settings, and delete local data by deleting an app. To access or delete information connected to you, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes to an app's handling of your information are posted in that app's own policy.
